Send your company registration document and the owner's ID. We review them, usually within two working days, and only ask for payment once they pass. Nothing to attach yet? Your listing still publishes without them, and you can send both later from manage your profile.

Your CIPC registration certificate, or equivalent. PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB.
ID card, ID book page or passport for the person who owns the business. A clear photo is fine, as long as the whole document is in frame.

We need both. Photos are resized in your browser before they are sent, so the whole document must be readable in frame; PDFs are sent exactly as they are. Your documents are stored privately, are never shown on your public profile, and are only ever seen by our review team.
